First of all it was a difficult time for me. My mother had just passed away and I had to sell her home to pay off the reverse mortgage. Jim was very sensitive to my situation. He handled everything from inspections to minor repairs. I live 150 miles away from my mother's home and it could have been a nightmare for me to keep running back and forth.
